Find your passion. The first step in the pursuit of well-being is figuring out what you really want to accomplish. What lights you up? What gives you energy? Discover possibilities you had not even considered and design a tangible vision of where you want to be.

Identify your priorities. Once you have identified the things you want, determine what is most important to you. What do you value? What motivates you? What lifestyle change would make the most difference in your life? By clearing away the clutter and honing in on what is of greatest value to you, you will concentrate your efforts on a clear focus.

Transform dreams into actionable steps. Once the vision of where you want to be and what you want to accomplish is clearly defined, a plan of action that is motivating and attainable will be developed. Your strengths and talents will be uncovered, and strategies to overcome challenges will be discovered. 

Monitor progress. The action plan will comprise of small, self-determined goals which are directly tied to your priorities. Each step will be assessed along the way and adjusted when necessary to insure forward progress.

Achieve your goals. By following a well-defined path and staying accountable, you will not only reach your wellness goals, but your success will motivate you to take on even more ambitious goals in the future!
